6. Retention Period
Under MASAK regulation, records of physical transactions are retained for 10 years. Appointment and transaction requests created through this site are retained for at least 5 years. These records include the request reference number, creation and status-change timestamps, transaction type and amount, the contact details you provide, the time and version of your AML/KYC consent, and the IP address and browser information (User-Agent) the request was sent from. Because these records fall under a statutory retention obligation, they cannot be subject to a deletion request and are disclosed only upon the request of authorised official authorities. Contact data outside the scope of statutory obligations is deleted upon request.

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction, deletion or destruction, and object to processing.
